This compound complies with BS 6234 type 03 for Sheathing and Jacketing of PIJF cables. It is available in granules form having good flow characteristics, thermal stability, improved stress crack resistance.
The compound has good mechanical properties and is suitable for low temperature operation.

MOPP INSULATING COMPOUND
Medium density Polyethylene compound is used in JFTC Telephone cables as dielectric, it is supplied in granules form and is suitable for processing on high speed tandem lines.

PE/COPOLYMER COATED ALUMINIUM TAPES
PE / COPOLYMER Coated Aluminium tapes also known as "POLYAL TAPE" is used for moisture barring/screening of PIJF Telecommunication cables.
It is made of Aluminium tape and coated with PE/COPOLYMER on both sides.
It is available in various width, thickness and length as per buyers need.

CORE SEPARATOR TAPE
Core Seperator tape also known as Free Edge Tape is used in PIJF communication cables as core separator Tape (Screen) to divide the cable core into two compartments.
It is made of aluminium foil laminated with polyester film on both side with an overlap of 3mm on both sides.
It is available in various thickness, width and length as per buyer need.

COLOURED PP BINDER/IDENTIFICATION TAPE
Coloured PP binder tapes are used in PIJF communication cables for identification purpose (for units and supplies units) and also for core binding purpose (natural colour only).
These tapes are available in blue, orange, green, brown, grey, white, red, black and natural colours.
These tapes are supplied on cops to suit various customer needs.

POLYESTER TAPE
Polyester tape is used for core covering in PIJF Telecommunication cables. The material has excellent compatability with filling and flooding compounds.
It is available in transparent colour and various thickness, width and length as per customers requirement.

STAINLESS STEEL TAPE
Stainless steel laminated tape is used for armouring of Optical fiber cables. It is made up of stainless steel foil 304 Grade and laminated with PE/COPOLYMER on both sides. It is available in various thickness, width and length as per buyers need.

LDPE/HDPE TAPE
Polyethylene tape is used as water proofing tape and bedding tape for armouring PIJF cable. It is made of either LDPE or HDPE as per clients requirement.
It is available in natural or various colours width and thickness as per clients need.
